Shampoo    Hey Men, have you tried soaking the dog's face in tearless shampoo for a few minutes? I usually start with the face, then scrub the whole dog, then back to the face and comb the boogies out with a flea comb. Then I rinse. The soaking loosens it right up, and its easier on the dog than trying to dig under those gross boogies with a clipper.

Re: Shampoo
I haven't tried it, dear but hey, is that safe? will it harm my dog's skin or maybe his eyes or hair?

Re: Shampoo
Actually I haven't tried with my dogs yet using shampoo and let it stay for few minutes in it's body and face. I think it's also good for them to shampoo within longer minutes so the smell would stay on them.

I did tried that and it is safe, provided that the shampoo you are using would be mild enough especially in their eyes. It removes the dirt in their eyes. It would be very comfortable and fresh feeling for them.
