Does your dog sleep with you every night?
Hey all! i have a cute little puppy named Mitch. I know that it is a weird name for a dog but I gave him that name because I wanted to see how my sis would react. Anyway, since I got him, he has been sleeping on the bed with me all the time but my friend told me that I should stop doing that because my dog can have behavioral problems of some sort. i really do not know what she is talking about but she tells me that the dog will think that he is an alpha or something like that. Do you let your dog/s sleep with you on the bed? Is there anything wrong with doing that?

Does your dog sleep with you every night?
Hi! I have 4 dogs and all of them sleep on my bed. There are times when I sleep on the couch because it gets too crowded. I do not have any qualms letting them sleep on the bed because I am not that sensitive and I am not sick or anything like that. I do not see anything wrong when i let them sleep on my bed because they enjoy it a lot and they do not have any behavioral problems like what you are saying. Maybe your friend told you that because she experienced that with her own dogs. As for me, everything is fine and it is also a good bonding session for all of us.

Does your dog sleep with you every night?
Hi there! I have 5 dogs here at home but not all of them sleep on my bed. My three small and very cute Shih Tzu sleeps on the bed with me which I think is fine because they are really small and they do not occupy too much space. Now the other two, they prefer to sleep on the couch because they are big dogs and they want to have their own private space. I "asked" them once if they want to sleep on the bed. They stayed for a couple of hours but they went back to their couch. I guess that it depends on where they got used to sleeping. Also, if you plan to kick him out of the bed, you'll have a hard time to do that.

Allowing your pet to sleep with you can be hazardous to your health and can aid in spreading pathogens from animals to people.
