When time passes, you will finally find out what your dog wants to tell you. I think that you can give your dog a feeding schedule and bring her outside regularly to potty train her. Keep track of what they are eating and when they have to poop. Once you know this, you will get to know your puppies better and their routine. I think that it is ok to ignore the cries of your puppies once in a while but do not do this regularly. Your puppies still needs reassurance. I also think that you should make a routine that can give structure to your puppies which will make them feel secured.

I think that the best way to resolve that is to know what your puppies want. Maybe your puppy is hungry or maybe they want to poop. Like in my situation, when my Siberian Husky was still a puppy he would always cry at night. It really bothered me because I could not concentrate on my studies. I have to go back and forth from my room to go to him. I eventually found out that he was just calling for my attention and was just probably scared. He did not want to poop because I let him out and he just kept on running. I agree with ilovedogss37 said. Make a schedule or a routine for your puppies so that you will have an idea on what they need.
