Has she been walking on grass or exposed to outside environment? Sterilized dogs should not have mensus. I would suggest you to bring her to the vet to have a blood test done. Plz go to the vet recommended by your friend.

One of my dogs pooed blood before & it was due to worms. She recovered after a deworming pill. Maybe you can try that, but best if u consult a vet first

Hi here, my Golden Retriever has this problem, it may be due to allergy to certain food or an infection. Best is to bring your dog to a vet to get some antibiotics and a injection, and your dog will be fine.
