I think that what your neighbor is totally wrong and he should be punished for doing such a cruel thing to animals. If I were in your position, I will talk to the neighbor and tell him that what he is doing is wrong or if he does not stop doing that I will tell the police or anyone who cares. It is sad that some people go to the extent of doing violence and cruel thing to animals and I do not think that he sees the dogs as a threat but instead he just wants to show everyone else that he is a tough man. I hate those kind of people who show their strength to innocent animals.

I have never heard anything like this before until now. If I have a neighbor like that I will tell him that he should stop being cruel and violent to helpless animals because we all know that those dogs will not do anything bad unless provoked. I think that even though the dog is aggressive he has no right to do that unless he is in grave danger. I will also tell him what he will fell if a person throws a bucket full of water at him and that is what the dog feels. Also, if talking to him does not work, you should call your animal welfare so that they can help you solve the problem. I hope things will be better for the stray dogs.

Throwing water to stray dogs So I have this neighbor and I think that he is crazy because when a stray dog comes near his house he would spray water all over the dog! He would get a pail filled with water and throw it on the dog. It is just so mean and it bothers me a lot because they just live across my house and I would see these dogs whimpering and crying. I tried to talk to him once and he said that I should not meddle with his life and that he can do anything that he want because he think that those dogs are a threat to him and his family. I want to talk to our local animal welfare to tell them what is going on. Should I do it?
